By creating an account or using Moods Project ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Moods Project is
Moods Project is a personal tracking tool that lets you record mood ratings, sleep periods, medication logs, symptom entries, and journal notes. It is designed to help you understand your own patterns and share structured data with your healthcare provider.
Moods Project is not a medical device, clinical service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for decisions about your health and medications.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Moods Project. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or passkey with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and remove any unrecognised passkeys from Account Settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the service
Your data
You own your data. We do not claim any ownership rights over the health information you enter. See the Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is stored and protected.
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Deletion is permanent — all your data will be removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
Service availability
Moods Project is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
We strongly recommend periodically exporting your data as a PDF report so you retain a copy of your records independent of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moods Project and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including any decisions made based on data shown in the app.
The service is provided free of charge. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed zero dollars (USD $0.00).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
